Knowledge
Students are expected to learn more about the various forms of business organisation available under Italian Law.
The student who successfully completes the course will be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of the italian laws that apply to business entities, such as partnerships and corporations.

The student must demonstrate to be able to discuss the main course using the appropriate juridical terminology.

Syllabus
Business Law is a course for students who needs a firm grasp of current company and commercial law. This is a practical course in which the weekly online tutorials require you to work with real-life legal documents and to critically analyse and reflect on supporting case studies. The course material covers: the life-cycle of a typical company from set-up onwards, with the focus on its day-to-day operation: corporate insolvency law and the role of insolvency practitioners; partnership law; the law of the sale of goods; and, European Community competition law. Students can choose whether to complete a purely coursework pathway, or to complete their coursework studies with an examination.
