Learning outcomes
Knowledge
The student who completes the course successfully will be able to: - Manage the accounting of the main extra-ordinary business operations such as transformation, business cession and liquidation; - Managing fiscal aspects of the following extra-ordinary business operations: transformation, business cession and liquidation; - Managing legal aspects of the following extra-ordinary business operations: transformation, business cession and liquidation; - Managing the issues related to the determination of business profit.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
Students will be assessed on their demonstrated ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate terminology. - During the oral exam students must be able to demonstrate their knowledge of the course material and be able to discuss some case studies and provide adequate problem solutions. - Students must also demonstrate the ability to put into practice and to execute, with critical analysis, the activities illustrated and/or carried out under the supervision of the teacher during the course.

Syllabus
The course aims to provide students with specific professional and managerial skills mainly in the area of administration. The curriculum will focus on the main elements of business practice, the legal and taxation framework of extra-ordinary business operations such as transformation, business cession and liquidation. The course will also cover the issues related to the determination of business profit.
