Learning outcomes
Knowledge
The student who completes the course successfully will be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of the private right, to the successive attainment of one preparation more specifically adapted to graduated in Building Engineering the Architecture and will have demonstrated the ability to know urban law and legislation of the public works of building. Also, he or she will able to look the arguments about the formation of the urban context and the "shape" of the city in several historical periods.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
The student will be assessed on his/her demonstrated ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate terminology. - During the oral exam the student must be able to demonstrate his/her knowledge of the course material and be able to discuss the reading matter thoughtfully and with propriety of expression.

Syllabus
Town planning law and Legislation of the Public works of building The cycle of lessons answers to the requirements to supply the common base of legal knowledge, as introduction, for students of various origins of studies of advanced secondary schools, and to finalize such intentional common base, correlated to the private right, to the successive attainment of one preparation more specifically adapted to graduated in Building Engineering the Architecture. To this second purpose are directed the lessons in matter of urban law and legislation of the public works of building, thinking about the possible positioning of the graduated ones in the private companies, in the P. A., and trying to supply them the right instruments for the, corrected and total, legal management of the territory,in the urban context and the "shape" of the city in historical periods.
