Acquire the skills needed to recognize the possible manifestations of systematic problems in the oral cavity and detect early degenerative morbid paintings to take care with appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic process.
The student must recognize and know the correlation between oral diseases and dermatological diseases.

Anatomy and physiology of the skin and oral cavity. Primary lesions of the skin and related conditions. Candidiasis(thrush,perleche). Viral infections of the oral cavity. Bacterial and fungal infections of the face. Geographic tongue,scrotal tongue and black hairy tongue. Bullous diseases of the oral mucosa(pemphigus and pemphigoid). Apthae and Behçet's disease.
