Nell'Esame scritto (2 ore, 2 esercizi e 8 domande aperte), lo studente deve dimostrare la sua conoscenza del materiale del corso. In particolare, deve mostrare una buona comprensione degli aspetti operativi e la capacità di applicare la base teorica ai casi del mondo reale. Durante l'esame orale facoltativo l'allievo sarà valutato sulla sua capacità dimostrata di discutere gli aspetti principali del corso usando la terminologia adatta.
Metodi:
In the written exam (2 hours, 2 exercices and 8 open questions), the student must demonstrate his/her knowledge of the course material. In particular, he/she must show a good comprehension of the operative aspects and the capability of applying the theoretical basis to real world cases. During the optional oral exam the student will be assessed on his/her demonstrated ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate terminology.
Methods:
Gli studenti saranno in grado di scegliere e utilizzare i metodi, le tecniche e gli strumenti di gestione della SC all'interno di contesti industriali reali. Saranno in grado di comprendere e affrontare gli aspetti e le problematiche più rilevanti della gestione delle scorte e dei sistemi logistico/produttivi.
The students will be able to choose and use SC management methods, techniques and tools within real-world industrial contexts. They will be able to understand and face the most significant aspects and issues of inventories and logistic/production systems.
Durante le lezioni verranno utilizzati alcuni importanti casi di studio operativi per illustrare i concetti principali e la loro applicazione a situazioni reali. Alla fine del corso gli studenti svolgeranno una sessione interattiva di lavoro di gruppo per apprendere e applicare il concetto di coordinamento e di sincronizzazione di una Supply Chain.
During the lessons some important operative case studies will be used to illustrate the main concepts and their application to real situations. At the end of the course the students will play an interactive group work session to learn and investigate the concept of coordination and synchronisation of a Supply Chain.
Gli studenti acquisiranno accuratezza e precisione nella raccolta e nell'analisi dei dati sperimentali e apprenderanno l'approccio operativo per comprendere, modellare e migliorare la logistica.
Students will acquire accuracy and precision when collecting and analysing experimental data and will learn the operative approach to understand, model and improve logistics.
Dopo le lezioni e le attività di seminario, gli studenti saranno invitati a interagire durante la discussione di esercizi pratici.
