Non sono previste propedeuticità obbligatorie, ma si consiglia vivamente di affrontare, prima di questo corso, il corso di Metodologia della Ricerca Storico-artistica.
There is no mandatory propedeuticity, but it is strongly recommended that the course of Methodology of Historical-Artistic Research be addressed before this course.
Lezioni frontali, con ausilio di slides, di letture commentate in classe e di visite guidate ai luoghi d'arte della città.
Frontal lessons with slides, commented readings and guided tours to the art places of the city.
Servendosi di esempi tratti in prevalenza dall'ambito dell'arte medievale e rinascimentale, il corso ripercorre la storia delle principali tecniche scultoree, pittoriche e grafiche.
Using examples taken mainly from the field of medieval and Renaissance art, the course traces the history of the main sculptural, pictorial and graphic techniques.
