Il corso ha per oggetto lo studio sistematico degli istituti del diritto privato, effettuato con riferimento alle norme costituzionali, al codice civile e alle principali leggi ad esso complementari e con attenzione alle più significative ed aggiornate esperienze giurisprudenziali
The learning outcomes are the principal matters of Diritto Privato, that includes the study of the civil code and the principal civil laws.
La verifica del grado di apprendimento da parte degli studenti avverrà mediante una prova orale a conclusione del corso.
For the assessment criteria of knowledge there will be a face to face examination or an examination on platform on line at the end of the lessons.
Si richiede la capacità degli studenti di inquadrare correttamente gli argomenti della materia d’esame, alla luce delle novità legislative recenti, e di utilizzare un corretto linguaggio giuridico.
It's needed the skill of the students to make a correct distinction about the matters of civil law, by the study of the latest laws and a correct use of a technical speech.
La verifica delle capacità avverrà con l’esame finale.
The assessment of the skills there will be by a face to face examination or an examination on platform on line at the end of the lessons; during the lessons, by reading the legal materials and debating the most important laws.
Lo studente sarà in grado di acquisire e approfondire competenze relative agli argomenti trattati durante il corso, con particolare riguardo al profilo applicativo.
The suggested behaviours are gaining and improving the students' knowledges.
La verifica avverrà in occasione dell'esame conclusivo.

Cenni ai seguenti istituti: le fonti, i soggetti dell'ordinamento, le situazioni giuridico-soggettive, la disciplina della responsabilità civile.
Disciplina delle obbligazioni e del contratto in generale.
Disciplina di alcune tipologie contrattuali.

The principal matters of private law: the beginnning of the private law; the person and the abilities; the organizations; the civil rights; the liability for the damages.
The civil obligantions. The private contract and some private contracts.

Si consiglia l'utilizzo di un codice civile aggiornato e l'integrazione con il materiale presente sulla piattaforma e-learning.
For the non attending students, it's suggested to get a correct use of the latest civil code and consulting the reading papers by Moodle for the students of Unipi and by Teams.
L'esame prevede una prova finale con colloquio in forma orale.
