Saper prendere decisioni e fornire risposte alle problematiche etiche che si presentano nel contesto assistenziale.

Riflettere e valutare in modo critico su problematiche assistenziali con particolare riferimento alla fase di fine vita.

Mettere in atto le necessarie competenze per una valutazione etica, al fine di programmare un'assistenga che tenga effettivamente conto dei diritti della persona malata.
Skills

Knowing how to make decisions and provide answers to the ethical problems that arise in the care context. Reflect and evaluate critically on care issues with particular reference to the end of life phase. Implement the necessary skills for an ethical evaluation, in order to plan assistance that effectively takes into account the rights of the sick person.

Programma (contenuti dell'insegnamento)
  • Etica generale e bioetica; etica e morale, bioetica, Etica professionale e deontologia: concetti, significati e distinzioni fondamentali
  • Il Codice Deontologico: riflessioni etico applicative , principi e valori etici , agire morale
  • La riflessione etica applicata alla professione infermieristica: “sapere” “saper fare”  “saper essere” per l’essere uomo destinatario dell’assistenza infermieristica
  • La persona nel pluralismo di modelli etici di riferimento la coscienza l’obiezione di coscienza riferimenti etico normativi
  • La bioetica: nascita della bioetica applicazioni nell’ambito sanitario
    • Bioetica clinica: problematiche etiche relative alla terapia del dolore: il principio del duplice effetto.
    • Il principio di autonomia nell’ambito clinico consenso informato e verità al malato.
    • Bioetica e la fase finale della vita. Cure palliative e Hospice: modelli organizzativi.
    • Accanimento terapeutico testamento biologico – eutanasia aspetti etici nel trapianto di organi
    • Problematiche etiche all’ inizio della vita

General ethics and bioethics; ethics and morals, bioethics, professional ethics and deontology: concepts, meanings and fundamental distinctions The Deontological Code: ethical application reflections, ethical principles and values, moral action Ethical reflection applied to the nursing profession: "knowing" "knowing how to do" "knowing how to be" in order to be a human recipient of nursing care The person in the pluralism of ethical models of reference conscience the objection of conscience ethical normative references Bioethics: birth of bioethics applications in the health sector Clinical bioethics: ethical issues relating to pain therapy: the principle of the double effect.
