Il corso si propone di esaminare le questioni maggiormente dibattute del diritto della famiglia, con specifico riferimento alla filiazione, attraverso l'esame dei testi normativi, l'analisi della giurisprudenza, il confronto tra i principali orientamenti dottrinali. Al termine del corso, lo studente avrà acquisito la capacità di discutere criticamente i temi esaminati alla luce della disciplina vigente.
The course aims to examine the most disputed issues of family law, in the particular field of filiation, through the examination of normative texts, the analysis of case law, and the comparison of the main doctrinal guidelines. At the end of the course, the student will have acquired the ability to discuss critically the issues examined in the light of current discipline.
La verifica delle conoscenze avverrà al termine del corso con un esame finale. Alcuni problemi giuridici saranno inoltre discussi durante le lezioni.
Knowledge verification will take place at the end of the course with a final exam. Some legal issues will also be discussed in the classroom during lessons.
Al termine del corso lo studente sarà in grado di affrontare con approccio critico i temi e i problemi di maggiore attualità del diritto della famiglia secondo le indicazioni rinvenibili nella dottrina e nella giurisprudenza
At the end of the course the student will be able to tackle critical issues with the family law most discussed topics in the doctrine and case law
Durante il corso verrà sollecitata la partecipazione attiva degli studenti a contribuire al dibattito, prospettando casi e questioni attinenti agli argomenti che ne sono oggetto.
During the course, students will be actively involved in contributing to the debate, presenting cases and issues relevant to the topics of the course.

Durante il corso potranno essere organizzate attività seminariali ed esercitazioni, al termine delle quali verrà richiesta una breve relazione orale concernente gli argomenti trattati.
During the course, seminars and exercises can be organized, after which a short oral report will be asked about the debated topics.
Ai fini della frequentazione del corso - nonché di una proficua preparazione dell'esame - è INDISPENSABILE avere acquisito le conoscenze oggetto dell'intero percorso di Diritto privato (I, II e III)

For non-attending students, the program will be uploaded to the e-learning platform.
It will consist in essays and case law. They will be available on e-learning platform. For those attending, the teaching material will be agreed during the course.
La prova orale consiste in un colloquio tra il candidato e il docente sulle questioni giuridiche trattate a lezione e oggetto dei materiali di studio che costituiscono il programma. La prova orale non è superata se il candidato non mostra di aver compreso le nozioni fondamentali e di essere in grado di esprimersi in modo chiaro e appropriato.
The oral examination consists of an interview between the candidate and the lecturer on the topics covered in the lesson and the subject matter of the study materials forming the program. The oral test is not passed if the candidate does not show the knowledge of the topics and is able to express it clearly and appropriately.
