L'attività consiste nello svolgimento di un'attività lavorativa presso enti convenzionati e mira a consentire allo studente di mettere in pratica le conoscenza teoriche acquisite nei corsi universitari. Il tirocinio oggetto della presente esperienza formativa costituire attività obbligatoria - ancorché declinabile e modulabile secondo le inclinazioni dell ostudente - del corso di laurea in Diritto del lavoro, dell'impresa e delle pubbliche amminsitrazioni.
The course requires to the attendants to work, as a training step, in public officices or professional studies or in enterprises o firms, in order to permit to the students to get experience, ability and skill in public or commercial sectors activities. The course's activity is an obbligatory step to access to the final exam and to get the licence in Dilpa.
Le conoscenza sono verificate gradatamente grazie alla supervisione del tutor interno all'ente e del tutor universitario responsabile della attività: quest'ultimo approva il progetto formativo, verificandone la coerenza con la materia di afferenza.
The ability and skills are checked by the external tutor of the office or firm that gives ospitailty to the student. The internal tutor checks the didactic progect linked to the training activity.
Al termine della esperienza formativa lo studente avrà acquisito dimestichezza con la gestione informatica di pratiche lavorative, avrà maturato esperienza nella relazione con gli utenti del servizio e con la organizzazione delle conoscenze teoriche da applicare al fine di ergoare prestazioni lavorative.
After the trained experience, the student will be able to organize their working activity, even with the support of cybernetic devices and tchnology; he will have got skils in the relationship with the costumers of the services and he will have got the opportunity to exepriment theorical knowledges in juridic matters.
Lo studente è tenuto a redigere una relazione della attività svolta, da presentare al tutor universitario, responsabile del corso
The student who ends his training experience, shall write a summary of his activity and its results. He is still required to indicate his satisfaction about the activity occurred and the hospitality recieved.
Grazie alla esperienza formativa in oggetto, lo studente potrà:
-) acquisire capacità di organizzazione delle consocenze sul piano pratico-operativo, sperimentando l'applicazione pratica di tali conoscenze;
-) maturare esperienza di lavoro in gruppo e in ufficio,
-) migliorare l'uso degli strumenti informatici e delle altre attrezzature utili alla organizzazione della attività lavorativa.
The student will be able to:
-) organize his knowledge to conduct practical activities;
-) to get experience in working groups
-) to improve the use of job instruments
Per il tipo di esperienza in oggetto, non osono previste prove di verifica. La verifica è affidata alla sperimentazione pratica quotidiana dei progressi dello studente, sotto la supervisione del tutor interno all'ente.
The assessment of behaviors of the attendants students is up to the external tutor (of the firm or of the office); the teacher of the Department supervises the activity as internal tutor of the student.
Si presuppongono buone conoscenze giuridiche proprie del settore e delle attività di pertinenza dell'ente di destinazione della attività pratico-formativa
Adequate knowledges of the sector of the training activty are required.
L'attività di tirocinio è svolta sotto la supervisione di un tutor esperto che guida e dirige lo studente nella pratica formativa
The activity is led under the operative supervision of an expert tutor who addresses the student to the targets of the experience.
L'esperienza formativa è obbligatoriamente prevista per il C.d.L. in D.i.l.p.a. e consiste nella prestazione di attività lavorativa per non meno di 250 ore, sotto la supervisione di un tutor interno all'ente e di un docente universitario, nonché del Presidente del C.d.L., che verifica il tipo, l'oggetto e i risultati dell'attività svolta
The course consists in working activitie for at least 250 hours, under the supervision of an internal tutor of the Dipartment, who approves the didactic project, and under the supervision of an externale tutor who accepts the student in the office or the firm, leading the activity to the projected results
