Al termine del corso:
- lo studente avrà acquisito conoscenze in merito alla disciplina dei principi basilari del diritto amministrativo contenuti nella legge 241/90 e sue modificazioni.
- lo studente avrà acquisito conoscenze in merito alla disciplina storico/evolutiva dei servizi pubblici in ambito nazionale ed europeo
- lo studente avrà acquisto conoscenze sulla disciplina degli appalti pubblici con specifico riferimento alle principali direttive europee di settore
By the end of the course:
- the student will have acquired knowledge about the discipline of the basic principles of administrative law contained in law 241/90 and its amendments.
- the student will have acquired knowledge about the historical / evolutionary discipline of public services at national and European level
- the student will have acquired knowledge on the discipline of public procurement with specific reference to the main European directives of the sector

- lo studente saprà orientarsi sulle principali nozioni del diritto amministrativo con specifico riguardo al rapporto del privato con la pubblica amministrazione.
At the end of the course
- the student will be able to orientate himself on the main notions of administrative law with
specific regard to the relationship of the private individual with the public administration.
The student will have to prepare and present a written report on an institute of administrative law previously agreed with the teacher.
