Al termine del corso lo studente sarà in grado di riconoscere i caratteri fondamentali dell'ordinamento giuridico statale. Sarà altresì in grado di orientarsi nella lettura della Carta costituzionale e di collegare gli istituti relativi ai diritti e ai doveri della persona con i profili ordinamentali che ne garantiscono la tutela, con particolare riferimento alla tematica del turismo.
At the end of the course, the student will be able to recognize the fundamental features of the legal system. The student will also be able to understand the relationship between the provisions on the rights of the person and the protection offered by the institutions, with particular reference to tourism.
La verifica delle conoscenze acquisite sarà accertata al termine del corso mediante un esame finale dove si richiede la descrizione di alcuni istituti del diritto pubblico, in collegamento con le relative previsioni contenute nel testo costituzionale, attraverso il collegamento tra le previsioni della Parte I e quelle della Parte II.
Verification of the acquired knowledge will be tested at the end of the course by a final examination where the description of some public law institutes is requested, in conjunction with the relevant provisions contained in the constitutional text, by linking the first and the second part of the Constitution.
Al termine del corso lo studente sarà in grado di affrontare le tematiche giuridiche proposte attraverso la prospettiva offerta dal diritto positivo, a partire dai principi costituzionali, dall'interpretazione data dalla dottrina e dalla lettura fornita dalla giurisprudenza, in primo luogo costituzionale. Saprà muoversi tra le due parti della Costituzione, identificando collegamenti e connessioni.
At the end of the course, the student will be able to address the legal issues proposed through the perspective of positive law, starting with constitutional principles, the interpretation given by doctrine and the reading provided by jurisprudence, first of all constitutional jurisprudence. The student will be able to link the two parts of the Constitution, identifying relationships and connections.
La verifica delle capacità acquisite sarà accertata al termine del corso mediante un esame finale dove si richiede di conoscere la complessità degli istituti, anche nella stratificazione prodotta dal susseguirsi delle fonti e dell'interpretazione giurisprudenziale e di saper cogliere i collegamenti tra prima e seconda parte della Costituzione.
Verification of the acquired skills will be tested at the end of the course by a final examination where it is necessary to know the complexity of the institutes, including the stratification produced by the succession of sources and jurisprudence interpretation and to know the main relationships between the first and second part of the Constitution.
Al termine del corso lo studente acquisirà sensibilità nei confronti delle tematiche giuridiche, riconoscendo la specificità del discorso giuridico-costituzionale e impadronendosi del linguaggio specifico che lo caratterizza.
At the end of the course the student will acquire sensitivity to legal issues, recognizing the specificity of the legal-constitutional discourse and taking on the specific language that features it.
La verifica dei comportamenti acquisiti sarà accertata in particolare attraverso l'esame della correttezza e appropriatezza del linguaggio utilizzato, oltre che della impostazione data nelle risposte fornite.
Verification of acquired behaviors will be tested in particular by examining correctness and appropriateness of the language used, as well as the approach given in the responses provided.
E' auspicabile una conoscenza di tipo storico-politico delle principali vicende del XX secolo per un corretto inquadramento del significato dei testi costituzionali del Novecento. E' altresì auspicabile una conoscenza almeno della struttura del testo costituzionale e delle sue principali partizioni.
It is desirable to have a historical-political knowledge of the main events of the twentieth century for a proper framing of the significance of the constitutional texts of that age. It is also desirable to know at least the structure of the constitutional text and its main partitions.
Il Modulo di Diritto pubblico del Turismo avrà come oggetto i seguenti argomenti: i caratteri della forma di Stato e della forma di governo; le fonti del diritto; il sistema dei diritti e dei doveri del cittadino; l'ordinamento giudiziario; la giustizia costituzionale. Nella parte del corso dedicata all’ordinamento del turismo verranno affrontati i relativi temi in ambito nazionale e locale.
The first part of the course (Public law of tourism) will focus on the following topics: the characters of form of State and form of government; the system of the sources of law; the system of citizens' rights and duties; the judiciary; constitutional justice. In the part of the course dedicated to the organization of tourism, the focus will be on issues related to the national and local level.
