Lo studente avrà le conoscenze relative ala struttura e al funzionamento delle principali macchine con cui è prodotta la carta e il carone.
The student will get the basic knowledge about the structure and the functionality of tthe machines employed inthe palp and paper manufacturing
La verifica si svolgerà con un colloquio
The assessment of kwowledge will be done by a conversation
Lo studente sarà in grado di identificare i principali elementi strutturali e i relativi vincoli e nei casi più semplici valuate in modo quantitativo l'entita delle forze e delle potenze trasmesse nonchè il livello tenionsionale.
The student will be able to identify the main structural elements and thirs contraints, in the simplest cases the student will bbe able to quantitatively evaluate the forces ans the mechanical powers trnsferred by the machine elements and the stress level of some components
Allo studente saranno proposti dei disegni costruttivi dai quali dovrà essere in gradi di estrarre il modello strutturale e di valutarlo.
Mechanical construction drowings will be proposed to the student in order to verify the ability to dedeuce the structural models and to evaluate them.
Lo studente è chiamato ad acquisire consapevolezza dell’importanza della parte meccanica nel processo di produzione con particolare riferimento agli aspetti della sicurezza, della gestione, della manutenzione e dei costi dell'impianto
The student is induced to aquire the awareness about the importance of the mechanical aspects of the production and converting process with particular refence to the topics of: safety, management, maintanance and costs.
L'esame si svolge con riferimento a macchine reali o alla loro rappresentazione grafica (disegni costruttivi).
The exams starts form the analysis of real paper machines or their constructive drowings.
