Knowledge
The student who successfully completes the course will have the skills to deal with the library and web tools in order to find documents for his/her discipline, to select the right path (catalogues, web sites, library services) to reach academic level information.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
The student will be assessed on his/her demonstrated ability to do bibliographic researches.

Syllabus
The focus of this course is on bibliographic research, which is any research in which information is gathered from published materials. The course covers the general information about library tools for humanities: catalogues, data bases, advanced services.
