Lo studente potrà acqquisirà conoscenze utili per la comprensione del rapporto tra diritto e religione e fra stati e confessioni religiose, con particolare riguardo alla dimensione della multiculturalità, del pluralismo religioso e del potenziale conflitto fra appartenze religiose, culturali e civili.
The student will be able to acquire useful knowledge for understanding the relationship between law and religion and between states and religious confessions, with particular regard to the dimension of multiculturalism, religious pluralism and the potential conflict between religious, cultural and civic homes.
Le conoscenze verranno verificate al termine del corso mediante un esame orale avente ad oggetto il programma d'esame

Al termine del corso, lo studente sarà in grado di riconoscere ed analizzare le fonti del diritto concornenti ii feonomieno religioso, sarà in grado di svolgere una ricerca delle fonti stesse, della dottrina e della giurisprudenza sui temi oggetto del programma d'esame. In particolare, lo studente sarà in grado di applicare i principi teorici alla realità giurisprudenziale.
At the end of the course, the student will be able to recognize and analyze the sources of the law associated with the religious phenomenon, will be able to carry out a research of the sources themselves, of the doctrine and of the jurisprudence on the topics covered by the examination program. In particular, the student will be able to apply the theoretical principles to jurisprudential reality.
In sede di esame finale, sarà valutata la capacità applicativa degli studenti delle nozioni apprese durante l'insegnamento.
During the final exam, students' ability to apply the concepts learned during the course will be evaluated.
Lo studente potrà acquisire e/o sviluppare sensibilità alle problematiche giuridiche trattate.
The student can acquire and / or develop sensitivity to the legal problems dealt with.
Durante il corso potranno essere organizzate attività seminariali, al termine delle quali potrà essere richiesta una breve relazione scritta o orale concernente gli argomenti trattati, secondo le indicazioni che saranno date durante il corso.
During the course, seminar activities may be organized, at the end of which a brief written or oral report may be requested concerning the topics covered, according to the indications that will be given during the course.
Allo scopo di seguire in modo proficuo il corso, gli studenti dovranno possedere la conoscenza di alcuni elementi della storia italiana, come il periodo del Risorgimento, la prima e la seconda guerra mondiale. E' inoltre richiesta la conoscenza del diritto costituzionale, privato e penale.
In order to follow the course in a profitable way, the students will have to have knowledge of some elements of Italian history, such as the
period of the Risorgimento, the first and second world war. Knowledge of constitutional, private and criminal law is also required.
- Il corso si svolgerà mediante lezioni frontali, con ausilio di lucidi/slide/filmati.

- verrà effettuata almeno una prova intermedia (facoltativa)

Gli studenti non frequentanti dovranno studiare gli argomenti oggetto del programma d'esame sui testi indicati nel campo "Bibliografia e materiale didattico", prestando attenzione agli aggiornamenti giurisprudenziali (reperibili nel materiale inserito nella pagina di elearning)

L'esame finale consiste in una prova orale, ossia in un colloquio tra il candidato e il docente, o anche tra il candidato e altri collaboratori del docente titolare. La prova orale non è superata se il candidato mostra di non aver compreso le nozioni fondamentali e/o di non essere in grado di esprimersi in modo chiaro e di usare la terminologia corretta. Gli studenti frequentanti potranno sostenere colloqui e/o svolgere relazioni scritte durante il corso, secondo le indicazioni date durante il corso.
The final exam consists of an oral exam, ie an interview between the candidate and the teacher, or even between the candidate and other collaborators of the
