Il corso si propone principalmente di fornire agli studenti la conoscenza degli strumenti giuridici che connotano lo svolgimento dell' attività agricola. Da segnalare che la materia tiene conto del mutamento dei tradizionali conflitti d'interesse legati all'uso del bene fondiario, rendendo necessario considerare, accanto al tradizionale rapporto impresa-proprietà, le relazioni impresa-mercato, impresa-ambiente, impresa-sistema agroalimentare.
The student will be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of the legal instruments that characterize the performance of agriculture aimed at the production of food and other goods. The student will be aware of the limitations and opportunities that characterize the agricultural enterprise because of the peculiar relationship between agricultural activities and land resources; of the main conflicts of interests connected with the use of the land property and the agricultural ; of the considerable interest of the community and consumers of food products.
Durante le lezioni sono distribuiti agli studenti frequentanti riassunti delle lezioni sugli argomenti
principali e altro materiale capace di stimolare interventi e di suscitare discussioni. In tal modo dovrebbe essere possibile operare una prima verifica delle conoscenze degli studenti.
The student will be assessed on his/her demonstrated ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate terminology.

Al termine del corso il frequentante dovrà essere capace di adattare alla specificità della materia le qualità proprie di uno studente di Giurisprudenza.
At the end of the course the attendind student must be able to suit for the specificity of the subject the qualities proper of a student of Jurisprudence.
La speranza è che il metodo di insegnamento sia in grado di sollecitare un dialogo docente-studenti idoneo anche a esprimere il livello di apprendimento degli studenti.
The hope is that the method of teaching both able to solicit a dialogue teacher-students fit also to express the level of learning of the students.
Mi sembra impossibile richiedere allo studente del corso la necessità di comportamenti diversi da quelli richiesti in generale agli studenti di Giurisprudenza.
Seem me impossible to ask in general to the student of a course for the necessity of different behaviors from those in demand to the students of Jurisprudence.
Anche la verifica dei comportamenti non presenta aspetti diversi da quelli consueti per verificare
attenzione e preparazione.

È necessaria la conoscenza delle nozioni di base di diritto costituzionale, diritto privato e diritto pubblico. Al primo posto il tema delle fonti del diritto e le nozioni fondamentali del diritto comunitario.

I profili del corso si coniugano - spesso con aspetti di preliminarità - con quelli dei corsi di diritto agroalimentare e di diritto agroambientale.

Il diritto dell'impresa agraria si collega con utilità ai temi che caratterizzano il diritto agroalimentare e il diritto agroambientale.
Law of the agrarian enterprise is connected with the themes that characterize the agri-food law and the agri-evironmental law .
