Knowledge
Metalinguistic competences and text analysis in German.
Approach to the linguistic analysis of the main types of "everyday" German-language texts; development of skills for their autonomous description in a linguistic key.

agli studenti viene assegnata una breve analisi, da svolgere in tedesco, la quale, completata con successo, sostituirà l`esame scritto. Successivamente, nelle date previste dal calendario accademico, si svolgerà la parte dell´esame orale sui contenuti del corso.
- non in itinere:
esame finale scritto e orale. L´esame, come il corso stesso, si svolgerà in lingua tedesca.
Knowledge assessment
- in itinere / during the course itself:
the students are assigned an individual seminar analysis (to be performed inGerman). A successful completion replaces the written examination. Afterwards, on the regular examination dates, the oral examination on the contents oft he course will take place.
- not in itinere:
final written and oral examination. The exam, like the course itself, will be held in German.
Lo studente sarà in grado di svolgere un' analisi autonoma di testi "quotidiani" (Alltagstexte). La riflessione sulle strutture linguistiche e il loro funzionamento garantirà l`affinamento di competenze linguistiche, critiche e ermeneutiche.
The student will be able to carry out an indipendent analysis of "Alltagstexte". Reflection on linguistic structures and their functioning will ensure the refinement of linguistic, critical and hermeneutic skills.
Le capacità saranno verificate mediante analisi di testi e discussione dei fenomeni rilevati.
Skills will be tested through analysis of texts and discussion of their phenomena.
Lo studente imparerà a conoscere e a applicare i più importanti strumenti di analisi che offre la linguistica testuale e sarà in grado di orientarsi nella lettura e interpretazione di testi e di fenomeni comunicativi del tedesco.
The student will get to know and apply the most important analytical tools offered by text linguistics and will be able to orientate himself in the reading and interpretation of German texts.
I comportamenti saranno verificati mediante analisi di testi e discussione dei fenomeni rilevati.
Skills will be tested through text analysis and discussion of the phenomena detected.

I studenti saranno in grado di seguire un corso teorico sull'argomento in questione in lingua tedesca, di applicare le teorie in una breve analisi di testo scritta e di dialogare in tedesco sui contenuti del corso.
Students will be able to follow a theoretical course on the topic in question in German, apply the theories in a short written text analysis and converse in German about the course content.
I contenuti del corso possono essere la base per una tesi triennale in lingua tedesca.
The course content can be the basis for a Bachelor-thesis in German.

Einführung in die Textlinguistik (Introduzione alla Linguistica testuale)
Il corso, tenuto interamente in lingua tedesca, introduce alle principali teorie della Linguistica testuale tedesca, offrendo allo studente gli strumenti per sviluppare una competenza analitica del testo e per poter svolgere in autonomia analisi specifiche su alcuni aspetti del testo, quali i criteri generali di testualità, coesione, coerenza, intertestualità e progressione tematica (con particolare riguardo al “modello tema-rema”).
All'interno del corso saranno presi in esame i cosiddetti "Alltagstexte" che presentano una macro e micro-struttura fortemente standardizzata: Articoli di enciclopedia, manuali d'istruzione, guide di viaggio, il CV europeo standardizzato, ecc. per l'analisi di alcuni aspetti coesivi saranno presi in esame anche brevi testi narrativi.
Introduction to Text Linguistics
The course, held entirely in German, will introduce students to the main theories of German Text Linguistics, providing them with the tools to develop individually text analytical skills and to be able to carry out specific analyses, such as the general criteria of textuality, cohesion, coherence, intertextuality and thematic progression.
Within the course, so-called "Alltagstexte" will be examined, which present a highly standardised macro- and micro-structure: encyclopaedia articles, instruction manuals, travel guides, the standardised European CV, etc. Short narrative texts will also be examined for the analysis of some cohesive aspects.

Si raccomanda caldamente la frequenza. I non frequentanti sono tenuti a leggere tutti i titoli in bibliografia e di partecipare sia all`esame scritto che all`esame orale. Per loro è obbligatorio mettersi in contatto con la docente possibilmente durante il corso stesso.
