Il corso descrive l’evoluzione dei principali modelli gestionali d’impresa. Si studieranno le teorie e gli strumenti pratici per la gestione delle cosiddette operations all’interno delle aziende produttrici di beni e servizi. Saranno in particolar modo approfonditi gli argomenti inerenti il bilancio e i costi delle imprese e analizzate le metodologie per la gestione della produzione, della logistica, delle scorte, della qualità di prodotto e processo.
Le principali conoscenze fornite dall'insegnamento sono concernenti:
- le caratteristiche dei differenti modelli di gestione aziendale
- l'analisi di bilancio e dei costi aziendali
- la gestione di progetti e le analisi di investimento
- i principali concetti e strumenti per la gestione delle operations aziendali
- le teorie e le modalità per modellare e analizzare un processo aziedale
The course describes the evolution of the main business management models.
The theories and practical tools for the management of the so-called operations within the companies producing goods and services will be studied. The topics relating to the budget and the costs of the companies will be examined in detail and the methods for production management, logistics, stock management, product and process quality will be analyzed.
The main knowledges provided by the teaching concern:
- the characteristics of the different business management models
- budget and costs analisys
- project management and investment analisys
- the main concepts and tools for the management of company operations
- the theories and methods for modeling and analyzing a process
Le modalità di verifica delle conoscenze avvengono tramite:
- svolgimento di esercitazioni singole e di gruppo direttamente svolte dagli studenti
- prova scritta contenente esercizi e domande sugli argomenti previsti
The methods for verifying knowledge are made through:
- individual and group exercises directly carried out by the students
- written test containing exercises and questions on the provided topics
Le principali capacità acquisibili mediante il corso sono:
- saper identificare e scegliere il più adatto sistema di gestione all’interno di una organizzazione
- saper leggere e interpretare un bilancio d'impresa
- saper utilizzare i principali metodi per dimensionare e analizzare un sistema produttivo e logistico
The main skills acquired through the course are:
- know how to identify and choose the most suitable management system within an organization
- know how to read and to analyze a budget
- know how to use the main methods for dimensioning and analyzing a production and logistic system
Le modalità di verifica delle capacità possono prevedere:
- svolgimento di esercizi tratti anche da casi reali
- prova scritta con esercizi numerici per l'applicazione delle tecniche studiate
The procedures for verifying skills may include: carrying out exercises also drawn from real cases, written test with numerical exercises for the application of the studied techniques.
Lo studente potrà sviluppare capacità comportamentali in merito a:
- saper svolgere una attività semi-professionale
- rispetto di tempistiche nello svolgimento di compiti assegnati
- precisione e accuratezza nella realizzazione di esercizi e delle relative modalità di presentazione dei risultati
The student will be able to develop behavioral skills regarding: know how to carry out a semi-professional activity, respect for timing in the performance of assigned tasks precision and accuracy in the realization of exercises and the relative modalities of presentation of the results.
La verifica dei comportamenti potrà prevedere:
- modalità con cui lo studente rispetta i tempi e i modi per lo svolgimento di esercizi
- interazione con il docente durante le esercitazioni e ricevimenti
The behavior verification may include: how the student respects the times and the ways to carry out exercises interaction with the teacher during the exercises.
Per una corretta fruizione del corso risulta opportuno che lo studente abbia acquisito conoscenze in merito a:

L'esame consiste in una prova scritta con domande ed esercizi inerenti gli argomenti del corso. A seconda della numerosità degli studenti frequentanti potranno essere previste una prova orale e lo svolgimento di un piccolo progetto applicativo.
Ulteriori informazioni saranno fornite durante le lezioni.
The exam consists of a written test with questions and exercises relating to the topics of the course. Depending on the number of attending students, an oral exam and the development of a small application project could be done.
