Verifica della capacita' attraverso una simulazione di montaggio della CRRT e priming del circuito
Verification of capacity through an assembly simulation of CRRT and a circuit priming.
Introduzione: Insufficienza renale acuta e cronica, alterazioni Pre renali , Danno Renale e Post renale Classificazione delle principali tecniche dialitiche :CRRT ( Continuos renal replacement therapies ) e Trattamenti Intermittenti.
Principi fisici sfruttati dai trattamenti renali sostitutivi : DIFFUSIONE , CONVEZIONE , ADSORBIMENTO . Tecniche dialitiche Continue e Intermittenti ( SCUF , CVVH , CVVHDF, CPFA) Assistenza infermieristica e rilevamento dei principali problemi riscontrati durante i trattamenti (durata del filtro). Monitoraggio dei parametri vitali e corretto funzionamento dell'accesso venoso. Principali fondamenti di montaggio e rimozione del filtro della CRRT in Terapia Intensiva Pianificazione Assistenziale
Emogasanalisi step di valutazione e calcolo del compenso. Acidosi Respiratoria , Acidosi Metabolica , Alcalosi Respiratoria , Alcalosi Metabolica e disturbi misti. Valutazione e interpretazione del Gap anionico o principio di elettroneutralita' Casi clinici con pazienti in CRRT e valutazione Emogasanalitica delle Diagnosi Infermieristiche in pazienti sottoposti a CRRT
Seminario "COMUNICAZIONE E ETICA IN MEDICINA":
Teoria della comunicazione: concetti fondamentali. La relazione d'aiuto: definizione e strutura; il transfert, il transfert positivo e negativo, il controtransfert. L'Empatia e la comunicazione empatice e tarapeutica: strategie comunicative. Il comportamento empatico. Empatia e giusta distanza emotiva. L'ascolto attivo: prestare attenzione, osservare, porre domande e rispondere. Le emozioni: la gesione delle emozioni e le strategie difensive. Le situazioni di crisi e i meccanismi di difesa emotiva: rimozione, negazione, diniego, idealizzazione, identificazione, formazione reattiva, proiezione, spostamento, scissione e regressione. Comunicare cattive nozie o affrontare conversazioni scomode e difficili (emotivamente attivanti).
Introductioon: Acute and chronic renal failure, pre-renal changes, renal and post renal damages.Classification of the main dialysis techniques: CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapies) and intermittent treatments.
Physical principles exploited by renal replacement treatments: DIFFUSION, CONVECTION, ADSORPTION. Continuous and intermittent dialysis techniques (SCURF, CVVH,CVVHDF,CPFA). Nursing care and detection of the main problems encountered during the treatment (filter life). Monitoring of vital signs and correct fuctioning of the venous access. Main assembly principles and removal of the filter of CRRT in an intensive care planning.
Blood gas analysis step of evaluation and calculation of the remuneration. Respiratory Acidosis, Metabolic Acidosis, Respiratory Alkalosis, Metabolic Alkalosis and mixed disorders. Evaluation and interpretation of the anion gap or principle of electroneutrality Clinical cases with patients in CRRT and blood gas analysis of Nursing Diagnoses in patients undergoing CRRT
Seminar "COMMUNICATION AND ETHICS IN MEDICINE":
Communication theory: fundamental concepts. The helping relationship: definition and structure; transference, positive and negative transference, countertransference. Empathy and empathic and therapeutic communication: communication strategies. Empathic behavior. Empathy and the right emotional distance. Active listening: paying attention, observing, asking questions and answering. Emotions: the management of emotions and defensive strategies. Crisis situations and emotional defense mechanisms: repression, negation, denial, idealization, identification, reactive formation, projection, displacement, splitting and regression. Communicating bad news or having awkward and difficult conversations (emotionally activating).
