Conoscenze

Al termine del corso lo studente avrà acquisito conoscenze in merito a:

- principali modelli per la progettazione e gestione di impresa

- normative di settore sui sistemi di gestione di impresa con particolare riferimento ai modelli ISO per la qualità, l'ambiente e la sicurezza

- concetti inerenti l'analisi ambientale e la gestione della sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro

- applicazioni di concetti quali bilanciamento linee di produzione, logistica, scorte, pianificazione e controllo produzione
Knowledge
At the end of the course the student will have acquired knowledge regarding: - main models for business planning and management - sector regulations on business management systems with particular reference to the ISO models for quality, environment and safety - concepts relating to environmental analysis and management of safety in the workplace - applications of concepts such as balancing production lines, logistics, inventories, production planning and control
Modalità di verifica delle conoscenze

Le conoscenze saranno oggetto di verifica durante la presentazione e discussione del progetto.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
Knowledge will be verified during the presentation and discussion of the project.
Capacità

Al termine del corso lo studente avrà acquisito capacità per:

- saper realizzare una analisi di contesto esterno e interno al fine di porre le basi per la realizzazione di una impresa/organizzazione/azienda

- realizzare un progetto di impresa definendo le opportunità e i rischi ad esso correlati

- descrivere in modo dettagliato il funzionamento dei processi direzionali, di supporto e operativi di una organizzazione

- saper applicare strumenti per la gestione delle princiapali operations aziendali
Skills
At the end of the course the student will have acquired the ability to: - know how to carry out an analysis of the external and internal context in order to lay the foundations for the creation of an enterprise/organization/company - carry out a business project by defining the opportunities and risks related to it - describe in detail the functioning of an organisation's management, support and operational processes - know how to apply tools for managing the main company operations
Modalità di verifica delle capacità

La verifica delle capacità avviene attraverso la realizzazione di un progetto assegnato a gruppi di 4/5 studenti. Il progetto consiste nella realizzazione di alcuni documenti che descrivono le caratteristiche dell'impresa che deve essere progettata.

Sono svolte opportune sessioni in aula rivolte alla verifica del lavoro realizzato (questi momenti coprono almeno il 30% del tempo complessivo di aula).

Sono inoltre previsti ricevimenti dedicati ai singoli progetti.

Infine la verifica avverrà anche durante la presentazione e la discussione in dettaglio del progetto e delle scelte effettuate.
Assessment criteria of skills
The verification of skills takes place through the creation of a project assigned to groups of 4/5 students. The project consists in the creation of some documents that describe the characteristics of the company to be designed. Appropriate classroom sessions are held aimed at verifying the work achieved (these moments cover at least 30% of the total classroom time). Receptions dedicated to individual projects are also planned. Finally, the verification will also take place during the presentation and detailed discussion of the project and the choices made.
Comportamenti

La realizzazione di un progetto complesso in gruppi di 4/5 studenti permette:

- l'acquisizione e la definizione di comportamenti legati alla corretta pianificazione e gestione del tempo

- il saper relazionarsi all'interno del gruppo attraverso anche una corretta assegnazione dei compiti tra i membri del gruppo

- il saper affrontare momenti di carico critico di lavoro e riuscire a superare tali momenti attraverso un corretto lavoro di squadra
Behaviors
The realization of a complex project in groups of 4/5 students allows: - the acquisition and definition of behaviors linked to correct planning and time management - knowing how to relate within the group also through correct assignment of tasks between group members - knowing how to deal with moments of critical workload and being able to overcome such moments through correct teamwork
Modalità di verifica dei comportamenti

I comportamenti e la corretta gestione delle variabili legate alla realizzazione del progetto sono verificati attraverso le sessioni in aula di esecuzione del progetto attraverso la diretta interazione del docente con i gruppi.

Tali comportamenti sono verificati anche durante i ricevimenti dedicati ai singoli gruppi.
Assessment criteria of behaviors
The behaviors and correct management of the variables linked to the implementation of the project are verified through the classroom sessions of project execution through the direct interaction of the teacher with the groups. These behaviors are also verified during receptions dedicated to individual groups.
Prerequisiti (conoscenze iniziali)

Sono prerequisiti essenziali:

- elementi di economia e organizzazione aziendale

- elementi di gestione della produzione e logistica

- conoscenze sui sistemi di gestione con particolare riferimento alla ISO 9001

Indicazioni metodologiche

Le lezioni hanno carattere frontale tradizionale per il 30% del tempo con utilizzo di slide.

La restante parte di attività in aula è dedicata allo svolgimento del progetto con il supporto del docente in aula.

I gruppi di studenti sono pertanto incentivati a svolgere buona parte del progetto in aula utilizzando il docente come interlocutore per la risoluzione di dubbi e problemi.
Teaching methods
The lessons have a traditional frontal character for 30% of the time with the use of slides. The remaining part of classroom activities is dedicated to carrying out the project with the support of the teacher in the classroom. Groups of students are therefore encouraged to carry out a large part of the project in the classroom using the teacher as an interlocutor for resolving doubts and problems.

1) Introduzione al corso e modalità di esecuzione del progetto

2) Lo stato as-is dell'azienda da progettare. Storia, prodotti, modello di business, descrizione dei processi operativi

3) I modelli gestionali per l'impresa, l'ambiente e la sicurezza

4) La realizzazione del documento descrittivo aziendale, l'analisi di contesto, l'analisi dei rischi e delle opportunità

5) La procedura di un processo operativo e il DVR integrato

6) Le tecniche di auditing (ISO 19011 e ISO 17025)

Indicazioni per non frequentanti

La necessità di realizzare il progetto necessita quantomeno di una parziale frequenza al corso e soprattutto fin dall'inizio delle lezioni di iscriversi ad un gruppo di progetto con altri 3/4 studenti.

Risulta impossibile dopo l'inizio del corso poter realizzare il progetto da soli e pertanto sostenere l'esame.
Non-attending students info
The need to carry out the project requires at least partial attendance of the course and above all from the beginning of the lessons to enroll in a project group with 3/4 other students. After starting the course, it is impossible to carry out the project on your own and therefore take the exam.
Modalità d'esame

La realizzazione del progetto in gruppo è obbligatoria.

L'esame è contestuale alla presentazione e discussione del progetto da parte di tutti i membri del gruppo.
Assessment methods
Carrying out the project in a group is mandatory. The exam takes place at the same time as the presentation and discussion of the project by all members of the group.
