Obiettivo di apprendimento del corso è consentire allo studente di acquisire la conoscenza dei fondamenti del diritto amministrativo, con particolare riferimento all'organizzazione della Pubblica Amministrazione e all'azione amministrativa, oltre che al rapporto tra cittadino e Pubblica Amministrazione.
Students are expected to acquire: some knowledge of fundamental principles in Administrative Law; some knowledge of administrative organization knowledge about operating mode of the activities of the Public Administration tools to study relationship between citizen and Public Administration
Le conoscenze saranno verificate attraverso l'esposizione in sede di esame degli argomenti del programma, muovendo dai temi più generali, fino ad arrivare a trattare quelli più specifici.
The student will be assessed on his/her demonstrated ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate terminology. - The student has to demonstrate his/her ability to explain correctly the main topics presented during the course. - The student must demonstrate the ability to approach a circumscribed research theme, and organise an effective exposition of it.

The only aspect of the examination is the final oral exam.
Lo studente sarà in grado di discutere degli argomenti trattati nell'ambito del corso, utilizzando la terminologia appropriata; sarà in grado di affrontare un tema circoscritto, organizzandone l'esposizione.
The student will be able to discuss the topics covered in the course, using the appropriate terminology; will be able to deal with a limited topic, organizing its exposure; will be able to present in a written report the results of the research and in-depth study (if any) carried out.
Le capacità verranno verificate in sede di esame finale, oralmente.
The skills will be verified during the final exam, orally.
For attending students it will be possible to present, before the final exam, a short paper on a specific topic, chosen among those dealt with in the course, which will test its ability to tackle the topic and organize its treatment.
Lo studente potrà acquisire e/o sviluppare sensibilità alle problematiche inerenti al diritto amministrativo.
Lo studente potrà orientarsi nel sistema di diritto amministrativo italiano, anche in vista della eventuale successiva partecipazione a concorsi pubblici e, specialmente, in vista dell'esercizio della professione di Dottore commercialista.
The student will be able to acquire and develop sensitivity to the problems related to administrative law.
The student can orient himself in the Italian administrative law system, also solving some practical cases.
Following the seminar activities, students, individually or in groups, can decide to present short reports concerning the topics covered.
Lo studente, per affrontare lo studio del Diritto amministrativo, dovrà essere in possesso delle conoscenze di base relative al sistema delle fonti del diritto, e all'organizzazione costituzionale dell'ordinamento.
In order to face the study of administrative law, the student must have knowledge of the system of the sources of law, and the constitutional organization of the legal system.
Il corso si svolge con lezioni frontali, con ausilio di slides.
Saranno organizzati dei seminari monografici, tenuti da esperti della materia.
Le docenti sono disponibili per ricevimenti un giorno alla settimana; informazioni e chiarimenti possono anche essere richiesti per posta elettronica, all'indirizzo istituzionale della docente.

Il programma per gli studenti non frequentanti è il medesimo che per gli studenti frequentanti.
The program for non-attending students is the same as for attending students. The only difference is in the in-depth analysis that can only be carried out by attending students, given their relevance to monographic seminars organized within the course.
L'esame consiste in una prova orale.
The exam consists of an oral test.
Attending students may, in addition to the topics of the official program, present during the examination a study on one of the topics dealt with in the Seminars held during the lessons.
