PER IL MODULO DI DIRITTO MINORILE E DI FAMIGLIA
Il corso mira a fornire una conoscenza di approfondita delle dinamiche del diritto della famiglia, con particolare attenzione alla figura del minore.
PER IL MODULO DI DIRITTO REGIONALE E DEGLI ENTI LOCALI
Lo scopo del corso è far acquisire allo studente una conoscenza critica del Diritto degli Enti Locali. Con riferimento agli aspetti di organizzazione e di funzionamento. In particolare si mirerà a fornire una conoscenza delle più rilevanti novità in materia di organizzazione degli enti e di gestione e svolgimento delle loro funzioni anche con riferimento alla digitalizzazione della pubblica amministrazione
FOR THE JUVENILE AND FAMILY LAW MODULE
The course aims to provide a deep understanding of the dynamics of family law, with particular focus on the minor.
FOR THE REGIONAL AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT LAW MODULE
The aim of the course is to provide students with the knowledge of the public law necessary to perform the functions of social worker.
At the end of the course the student will be able to understand from a legal point of view the system in which he works and the guarantee instruments of the underlying rights.

La verifica dell'acquisizione delle conoscenze si fonda sull'esame svolto in forma orale.

Per l'accertamento delle conoscenze è previsto l'intervento degli studenti, attraverso domande o interventi durante lo svolgimento del corso.

Knowledge verification will take place at the end of the course with a final verbal exam.
NO in-progress written tests will be performed.

To ascertain knowledge, students are required to intervene through questions or interventions during the course. Any way, the acquired knowledge will be tested at the end of the course by a final examination.

Al termine del corso lo studente dovrà avere acquisito le nozioni fondamentali e la capacità di comprendere i problemi di diritto della famiglia e di applicare le conoscenze acquisite nella risoluzione di tali problemi.

The implementation of the knowledge about the organization and the functioning of the local governemnt law.

By the end of the course, the student should have acquired the fundamentals and the ability to understand family law issues and to apply the knowledge acquired in solving these problems.
FOR THE REGIONAL AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT LAW MODULE
At the end of the course the student will have the ability to understand
and frame the functioning of public institutions,
the ways of guaranteeing rights with particular regard to social rights.

Tali capacità si verificano, nell'esame orale, attraverso l'interlocuzione con la docente e dialoghi con docenti e professionisti esperti della tematica che svolgeranno seminari nel corso in compresenza con la docente.

Le capacità saranno verificate,oltre che durante le esercitazioni durante il corso anche in sede di esame finale attraverso una valutazione della capacità applicativa delle nozioni apprese durante l’insegnamento

The skills are tested, in the oral examination, through discussion with the lecturer and dialogues with lecturers and professionals who are experts in the subject matter and who will conduct seminars in the course.
FOR THE REGIONAL AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT LAW MODULE
During the course jurisprudential cases subject to discussion in the classroom will be presented.
Any way the verification of the acquired skills will be tested at the end of the course through the final examination.

Lo studente dovrà essere in grado di applicare le conoscenze acquisite, inquadrare i problemi dal punto di vista giuridico, sviluppare un ragionamento logico-giuridico e individuare norme e soluzioni applicabili.

The student should be able to apply acquired knowledge, frame problems from a legal perspective, develop logical-legal reasoning, and identify applicable rules and solutions.

At the end of the course the student will be able to develop a critical thinking with respect to public law issues related to the protection of social rights.

La prova di esame si svolge in forma orale. Il superamento dell’esame presuppone che lo studente dimostri di avere acquisito le conoscenze essenziali degli argomenti trattati e di riuscire ad esprimersi con una certa padronanza di linguaggio che il diritto, per sua natura, richiede.

The examination is conducted in verbal form. Passing the exam presupposes that the student demonstrates to have acquired the essential knowledge of the topics covered and is able to debate with a certain command of language that law, by its nature, requires.
FOR THE REGIONAL AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT LAW MODULE
The exam will take place through an oral test, which will consist of verifying the full understanding of the content provided during the course and/or in the book recommended for the exam to the student.
